Our background includes hands-on work alongside a general contractor, engineering, and 12 years in construction materials testing and quality. That experience shapes how we evaluate materials, installation methods, repairs, and the finished result.
More ways we can help
Custom builds & woodworking
We can help turn it into a practical custom solution. From shelving, storage, benches, planters, screens, and enclosures to freestanding outdoor features and one-of-a-kind wood projects, we are happy to discuss projects that do not come out of a box.
Custom work is reviewed and quoted individually. Projects requiring structural engineering, specialized licensing, permits, or structural attachment to the home are outside our scope.
Tell us your ideaChoose the right amount of time
Up to one hour onsite for focused repairs, installations, adjustments, or a short project list.
Up to four hours for several projects, more involved repairs, assemblies, or installations.
Up to eight hours for the serious list, larger setups, or a coordinated day of home improvements.
Larger flooring, tile, window, siding, woodworking, and outdoor projects are reviewed individually.
We do not offer regulated electrical, plumbing, HVAC, major structural, major roofing, or other work requiring specialized licensing or permits. Elevated and low-slope roof projects are accepted only when access, surfaces, weather, nearby utilities, and the work itself can be handled safely. Final project acceptance is based on the actual conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. That is the purpose of a Solutions Visit. Give us the complete list and we will help prioritize the work and choose the right visit length.
We can discuss what is needed before the visit. Customer-provided products are welcome, and project-specific materials or specialty hardware may be added to the estimate.
Yes. We carry 6-foot and 9-foot A-frame ladders and an 18-foot extension ladder. Every elevated project is evaluated for safe access, stable conditions, nearby utilities, and the work involved.
Minor work on low-slope, safely accessible roofs may be available. We do not work on steep, wet, damaged, or otherwise unsafe roofs, and we do not offer major roofing or structural repair.
Photos, measurements, product links, wall or surface details, and the complete project list help us recommend the right visit and identify materials before arrival.
Five unrelated projects? That is exactly what Solutions Visits are for.
